特定技能の外食分野が受け入れ停止になる

特定技能の外食分野が、上限の5万人に近くなってきたので受け入れが停止になる。4月13日以降に申請をすると不許可になる。入管法というのは、日本にとってプラスになる外国人に来て欲しいという制度である。しかし特定技能制度で初めて人手不足と言う言葉が出てきた。特定技能制度で外国人を受け入れるためには、企業側が外国人を受け入れるための体制を整えないといけない。企業は、産業分野に関する協議会に加盟しなければならない。自分たちの力で体制が整えられない場合は、登録支援期間という所と契約をして支援をしてもらう必要がある。外国人も、各専門分野の技能検定を受ける必要があり、かつ日本語がある程度話せなければならない。特定技能は、各業種ごとに人数の上限が定められている。

Recruitment in the Food Service Sector Under the Specified Skilled Worker Program to Be Suspended

Since the number of workers in the food service sector under the Specified Skilled Worker Program has approached the cap of 50,000, recruitment will be suspended. Applications submitted on or after April 13 will be denied. The Immigration Control Act is a system designed to attract foreign nationals who will contribute positively to Japan. However, the term “labor shortage” has emerged for the first time in connection with the Specified Skilled Worker Program. In order to accept foreign workers under this program, companies must establish the necessary systems to accommodate them. Companies must join a council related to their industry sector. If they cannot establish the necessary systems on their own, they must contract with a Registered Support Organization to receive assistance. Foreign nationals must also pass skill proficiency tests in their respective fields and be able to speak Japanese to a certain level. The Specific Skills program sets numerical caps for each industry sector.

　由于特定技能的餐饮业领域已接近5万人的上限，因此将暂停接收。4月13日之后提交的申请将不予批准。入管法是一项旨在吸引对日本有益的外国人来日的制度。然而，在特定技能制度下，“劳动力短缺”这一说法首次出现。为了通过特定技能制度接收外国人，企业必须建立起接收外国人的相关体制。企业必须加入相关产业领域的协议会。若无法自行建立完善体系，则需与“注册支援机构”签订合同以获得支援。外国人也必须参加各专业领域的技能鉴定，且需具备一定程度的日语能力。特定技能制度对各行业均设定了人数上限。
