永住権の取り消しを避けるために

永住権取消制度が改正された。

従来の永住権の取り消し理由は3点であった。

1. 不正な手段で取得した場合

・うその書類を提出して永住権を取得

・偽装結婚

・過去の経歴を隠していた

1. 重大な犯罪を犯して、1年を超える実刑判決や反社会的行為があった場合

1. 引越しをしたのに90日以上新しい住所を届けなかった、虚偽の住所を届けた

2027年4月以降は、これらに加え、新たに、税金や社会保険料の未納が取消理由に加わる　。

2027年3月以前の不払いも取り消しの対象になり得る点を注意する必要がある。

また、不払いが比較的悪質ではない場合は、法務大臣の職権で定住者ビザへ変更される。

永住権を取り消されないためには、税金、社会保険料の確実な納付が必要になる。

将来的に永住権の取得を考えている方、既に永住権を取得している方も、税金、社会保険料は正しく納付しましょう。

To Avoid Permanent Residency Revocation

The permanent residency revocation system has been revised.

Previously, there were three grounds for revoking permanent residency.

1. Obtaining residency through fraudulent means

・Submitting false documents to obtain permanent residency

・Fake marriage

・Concealing past history

2. Committing a serious crime resulting in a prison sentence exceeding one year or engaging in antisocial behavior

3. Failure to report a new address within 90 days after moving, or reporting a false address

After April 2027, non-payment of taxes and social insurance premiums will be added as a new reason for revocation.

Note that non-payment prior to March 2027 may also be grounds for revocation.

Additionally, if the non-payment is relatively minor, the Minister of Justice may exercise their authority to change the status to a Long-Term Resident visa.

To avoid permanent residency cancellation, reliable payment of taxes and social insurance premiums is essential.

为避免永久居留权被撤销

永久居留权撤销制度已进行修订。

原有的永久居留权撤销理由共有三项：

1. 以不正当手段取得永久居留权时

・提交虚假文件获取永久居留权

・假结婚

・隐瞒过往经历

2. 犯下重大罪行，被判处一年以上有期徒刑或存在反社会行为时

3. 搬迁后逾90日未申报新住址，或申报虚假住址

自2027年4月起，新增“拖欠税款及社会保险费”作为取消理由。

需注意2027年3月前的欠缴行为亦可能构成取消依据。

若欠缴行为性质较轻，可由法务大臣职权变更为定居者签证。

为避免永久居留权被取消，必须确保税款及社会保险费的如期缴纳。
