2027年に新たに育成就労ができる

2027年4月に、技能実習制度が廃止され、新たな在留資格の育成就労ができる。

技能実習制度では、転職が認められていないが、育成資格では、業種ごとに定められた1〜2年の期間後は転職が可能になる。

これは外国人労働者にとって朗報では。

New Trainee Employment Status to Become Available in 2027

In April 2027, the Technical Intern Training Program will be abolished, and a new residency status called Trainee Employment will become available.

Under the Technical Intern Training Program, changing jobs was not permitted. However, under the Trainee status, changing jobs will be possible after a fixed period of 1 to 2 years, determined by industry.

This is welcome news for foreign workers.

2027年将新增培养就业资格

2027年4月，技能实习制度将被废止，取而代之的是新的在留资格——培养就业资格。

技能实习制度不允许转职，但培养资格允许在各行业规定的1至2年期限结束后转职。

这对外国劳动者而言可谓喜讯。
