帰化申請の必要書類が変更になる

2026年4月1日、帰化申請に必要な書類の変更が正式に公表された。変更された要点は2つ。1つは、住民税の納税証明書・課税証明書が過去5年分に変更になる。今までは1年で足りていたが、今後は5年必要になる。また住民税を適正な時期に収めていることを証明しなければならない。2つ目は、公的年金などの社会保険料の納付証明書が過去2年分に変更される。ここでも社会保険料を適正な時期に収めていることを証明しなければならない。これらの変更は新規に帰化申請をする申請者だけではなく、今申請中の申請者についても求められる可能性が高い。現在申請を行っている方は、5年分の税金、2年分の社会保険料の納付状況を公的な証明書で確認してください。残念ながら支払いの遅延があった場合は、その事実を持って帰化審査は許可になってしまう可能性が高い。

Changes to the Required Documents for Naturalization Applications

On April 1, 2026, changes to the documents required for naturalization applications were officially announced. There are two key changes. First, the required certificates for resident tax—specifically, tax payment certificates and tax assessment certificates—will now cover the past five years. Previously, one year was sufficient, but going forward, five years will be required. Additionally, applicants must prove that they have paid their resident tax on time. Second, the required certificates for social insurance premiums, such as public pension contributions, will now cover the past two years. Here as well, applicants must prove that they have paid their social insurance premiums on time. These changes are likely to apply not only to new applicants but also to those currently in the process of applying. If you are currently applying, please verify your payment history for five years of taxes and two years of social insurance premiums using official certificates. Unfortunately, if there have been any payment delays, this fact alone is likely to result in your naturalization application being denied.

归化申请所需文件发生变更

2026年4月1日，归化申请所需文件的变更正式公布。变更要点主要有两点。第一点是，居民税的纳税证明书及课税证明书的提交期限将变更为过去5年。此前只需提交1年的证明，今后则需要提交5年的证明。此外，还必须证明居民税已于适当时间缴纳。第二点是，公共养老金等社会保险费的缴纳证明书的提交期限将变更为过去2年。在此同样必须证明已按时缴纳社会保险费。这些变更不仅适用于新提交归化申请的申请人，对于目前正在申请中的申请人也很可能被要求遵守。正在申请的人士，请通过官方证明文件确认5年份的税款及2年份的社会保险费缴纳情况。遗憾的是，若存在缴纳延迟的情况，仅凭这一事实就极有可能导致归化审查被驳回。
